Participation in the meeting of the PAC under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus 14.08.2023

The Association of European Business, within the framework of its activities as part of the public advisory council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus, supported proposals to exempt persons with a high level of education and significant experience in the legal profession from passing the certification exam for obtaining a certificate for the right to provide legal services, and to establish for other categories of persons of the written electronic form of the certification exam.
