It is proposed to resume the publication of statistical information on the sales by wholesale trade organizations in physical terms across the Republic of Belarus of the wholesale product groups.

The UN Global Compact organized the Anti-Corruption Action Course in Business ahead of International Anti-Corruption Day (December 9, 2025). As part of the course, UN Global Compact participants were offered the "Doing Business with Integrity" course.

It is proposed to expand the list of expenses incurred by the manufacturer when determining the basis for deciding whether to approve or disapprove an increase in the selling price and to adjust the list of products by excluding juices for which the share of imported raw materials in the cost is 75 percent or more and for which fruits not grown in the Republic of Belarus are used in the production.

It is proposed to amend the wording of subparagraph 1.18 of paragraph 1 of Article 150 of the Tax Code regarding the designation of non-alcoholic energy drinks to align with the terminology provided in the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU 021/2011).

The AEB, as part of its work within the Council of Ministers of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, has submitted a draft resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus "On Green and Transitional Projects and Requirements for the Verification System of Such Projects and Financial Instruments."
