In accordance with Resolution No. 528 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 25, 2025, the introduction of identification marking on soft drinks and juices has been postponed to May 1, 2026.

Draft EAEU recommendations on the inclusion of dividends in customs value have been submitted to the Association of European Businesses for review.

The reasons cited for the abolition of marking for these product items include the need to upgrade production facilities to accommodate marking, increased logistics costs for product delivery, and increased production costs, which reduces profitability.

The Association of European Businesses supported the measures proposed by the business community of the EAEU, aimed at improving measures to prevent the illegal circulation of tobacco products.

As part of the work as part of the public advisory council under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the AEB supported the changes provided for in the draft resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus "On Amending the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated November 28, 2019 No. 818".
