Deputy Chairman of the Association of European Business Maria Karas took part in the online meeting of the working group "Law, Taxes, Finance and Controlling" at the Representative Office of the German Economy in Belarus. The topic of the meeting was the EU sanctions against Belarus, and the following issues were discussed:

• Fourth EU Sanctions Package (June 2021);
• Who is obliged to comply with EU sanctions regulation?
• Subsanctioned persons. What is prohibited?
• The 50% rule and control criterion Sectoral sanctions;
• What are the consequences of violations?
