The АЕB Provides Comments on Innovative Entrepreneurship to the Ministry of Economy

The Association of European Businesses commented the draft decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus On Public Contract on Business Incubation of Small Businesses in Science, Technology and Innovation and the draft resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on public contract on business incubation.

The purpose of these regulations is creating favorable conditions for the accelerated development of innovative business and infrastructure in Belarus through the use of a support mechanism of innovative business sector, where public contract on business incubation of small businesses can be seen as a tool. The draft decree provides for the allocation of budget funds as governmental financial support to start-up companies.

The Association of European Businesses will continue its cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus in terms of drafting regulations and discussing the draft laws.
