The AEB Works at the Public Advisory Council under the Ministry of Taxes and Dues

Another meeting of the Public Advisory Council under the Ministry of Taxes and Dues of Belarus took place on October 31, 2014. Yauhen Mardasevich, the Head of GR with the AEB, and Maryna Dymovich, the Head of Legal with the AEB, took part in the discussion.

The agenda of the meeting was comprised of the questions raised by the members of the Advisory Board and included in the working plan of the Council for the second half of 2014. The meeting discussed how forms of tax declarations (tax returns) and instructions for filling them out can be improved.

During the meeting, experts from the Ministry of Taxes and Dues clarified the questions raised by the Council and offered solutions to the situations when the law is unclear on how to fill in tax returns. A number of tax return forms will be simplified following the meeting.
