The AEB proposal to abolish price regulation for baby food was taken into account in the decree of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade No. 59

The proposal of the Association of European Business to abolish price regulation (limiting the maximum maximum wholesale / trade mark-up) for baby food was taken into account in the Resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of September 1, 2021 No. 59 "On the regulation of prices for socially important goods".
According to paragraphs. 1.3 Resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of June 29, No. 48 to September 23, 2021 set a maximum wholesale mark-up, a trade mark-up (including a wholesale mark-up) of 15 percent for baby food (dry mixes, cereals, canned food):
- dry milk, fermented milk, dairy-free, flour mixtures for baby food, including medicinal mixtures, dry milk fortified cereals, instant cereals, dry milk drinks, mixtures on cereal broths, products with flour, rice, buckwheat, oats, baby milk and others dry foods for baby food;
- meat, meat and vegetable, fish, fish and vegetable, canned fruits and vegetables (mono- and multicomponent fruit, fruit and vegetable, vegetable and vegetable-fruit purees, including with the addition of dairy products and (or) cereals, fruit juices and nectars, fruit, vegetable, vegetable and fruit, juice drinks, fruit drinks).
The Resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of September 1, 2021 No. 59 does not extend the regulation of the Resolution of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of June 29, 2021 No. 48 regarding baby food.
