Participation in the meeting of the advisory council under the Ministry of Taxes and Duties
Deputy Chairman of the Association of European Business Karas Maria took part in the meeting of the advisory council under the Ministry of Taxes and Duties. At the meeting, draft resolutions were considered that provided for the expansion of the possibility of using additional methods of making non-cash payments for purchased goods (works, services) and settling other issues:
- expanding the possibility of using additional methods of making non-cash payments when selling goods (works, services), including with the use of Tap To Phone technology, by small businesses and consumer cooperation organizations;
- in order to restore order in the markets of the republic, the introduction of the obligation of business entities selling food products, including agricultural products at trade places at markets and fairs, to accept cash using cash equipment;
- securing the possibility of issuing to the buyer (consumer), with his consent, a payment document confirming the receipt of funds, by sending it in electronic form to the subscriber number or email address provided by the buyer (consumer) (if the seller has the technical capability), instead of printing a paper payment document (check);
- vesting the Ministry of Taxes and Duties with the appropriate powers to determine the grounds and procedure for making decisions on the suspension (resumption) or termination of the operator of the program cash system, suspension (resumption) or termination of the operation of the program cash system, suspension (resumption) or termination of the use of program cash registers and settlement other questions.
