Participation in a Meeting of the Public Advisory Council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

The Association of European Businesses participated in a meeting of the Public Advisory Council of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. During the meeting, the Association supported: establishing the conditions and mechanism for liquidating a business entity (without bankruptcy) in the event of indebtedness due to a lack of assets; increasing the liability of owners (founders, participants) of business entities in the event of failure to satisfy creditors' claims following the liquidation process; and improving the procedure for the sale of the assets of liquidated debtors.
