Participation in the meeting of the PAC under the Ministry of Justice

The Deputy Chairman of the Association of European Business Maria Karas took part in a meeting of the public advisory council under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. The meeting considered the draft Resolution of the Council of Ministers on the establishment and liquidation of representative offices and branches of foreign companies. The Association pointed out the need for more detailed regulation of the grounds on which interested government agencies may not agree with the registration authority on the registration of a representative office.
